Keep a dossier on reliable wine sources on the surfing route. Of course you would not depend upon refrigeration in any case, to insulate against motion sickness in the wine. I very much sympathise with the minimalist mode in this rapidly emerging dream ship, but don't overlook a modest shelf for your incurable eye for conches and other beach trouvailles.
